The sun shone warmly on our St Dom’s in Bloom event, helping to make the campus look especially beautiful in all its summer colour. Balloons fluttered across the site, adding to the cheerful atmosphere of a summer fête and creating a real sense of celebration.
Our student ambassadors offered visitors a warm welcome, leading tours of the campus and handing out little bags of herbs for anyone who wished to take one home. In the canteen, guests gathered over tea and cake, sharing stories and enjoying the chance to admire the prize-winning exhibits, along with a lovely display of photographs sent in by staff — from flourishing gardens and windowsill plants to carefully arranged flowers.
It was a joyful summer occasion: simple, bright and full of life. One of those days that is good to look back on, and even better to look forward to doing all over again next year.
