From the opening tip-off, both teams demonstrated intensity and determination, resulting in a closely contested first half. The lead changed hands several times, but St Dominic’s went into the break with a narrow 43–38 advantage.
The second half followed a similar pattern, with St Charles College applying consistent pressure. However, St Dominic’s gradually extended their lead through disciplined defence and well-executed offensive play. Standout performances from Alex and Sochima were crucial in maintaining momentum, while Jaden delivered an exceptional display that earned him the Man of the Match award.
At the final whistle, St Dominic’s emerged victorious with a convincing 80–66 win. The team’s resilience, teamwork, and composure under pressure proved decisive in securing a well-deserved result.
