St. Dominic’s welcomes Chair of the UCAS Board of Trustees, Trudy Norris-Grey

On Monday 26th September, St. Dominic’s Sixth Form was honoured to welcome Trudy Norris-Grey - recently named as one of the top ten most influential women in UK technology by Computer Weekly and has been appointed as the first independent Chair of the UCAS Board of Trustees.
The student executive and members of staff were delighted to hear about her invaluable experience, from working as an accountant to handling major projects in prominent global companies like Microsoft. Her aspirations were intriguing and refreshing to hear, specifically in encouraging more women into STEM and expand UCAS as a charity. Finally, we exchanged our own thoughts on what directions UCAS can branch into to better serve future generations.
