Congratulations to all of our students on their excellent A-level and BTEC results and to all the teaching staff who have expertly taught and supported our young people during what has been a challenging 2 years. The 2022 results for the College, published today show, yet again, another excellent set of grades overall which allow our students to progress to the next phase of their professional journey. These are the best results in our 42 year history!

Speaking of the results, Principal, Andrew Parkin commented;

‘Following two very difficult years for our students, I am delighted that our results have not only held their own in relation to national contexts but have actually improved on the results of the last 2 years.  This is testament to the hard work and dedication of all our Year 2 students who have diligently applied themselves over the last 24 months to ensure they absolutely achieved their best this summer and to all members of staff at the College, who, despite all the challenges of the pandemic, kept on working hard, believing in and supporting each of our students to get them through to this fantastic day today.  I wish each of our students the very best as they now move on optimistically to the next phase of life’

Results day is always a real high point at St. Dominic’s and was such a delight to see so many happy faces rejoicing in such excellent grades:
