Our Year 1 and 2 students were invited to submit poetry on the theme of ‘Choices’ to help celebrate National Poetry Day 2021.  There were a number of interesting contributions from a collection of aspiring poets in both year groups;  after much deliberation Marc Gibson and Pauline Byrnard chose the poems below as respective winners. 

Both Maria and Resandu have received vouchers to reward their creativity and thoughtfulness, and all runners-up have been given St Dominic’s bookmarks to commend their efforts and participation.
