These are exciting times in current affairs, and St Dominic’s Politics students were plunged into the thick of the Brexit debate on a recent visit to Parliament.  Students had an opportunity to see a debate in full flow with the Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab at the Despatch Box answering questions about the recent pro-democracy demonstrations in Hong Kong.

Later, local MP Gareth Thomas addressed the students, answering a variety of questions from Brexit to the Harrow H17 bus service!

Some students then paid a visit to the Supreme Court to see the venue for the recent ground-breaking decision on the prorogation of Parliament.
