In September St Dominic's was proud to host the Heads-Up Launch and Mental Health Conference, organised by Harrow MIND.  Heads-Up is a unique new specialised young people's mental health service that provides free and confidential support to people aged 14-25 in Harrow.  The conference focused on supporting young people to improve their mental health, resilience and self-esteem.  In this exciting new initiative, local mental health services came together to discuss the best ways we can support our young people.  A number of interactive workshops helped over 100 delegates understand the services on offer and how schools, colleges and voluntary organisations can work together to provide support and advice.  For more information about Harrow MIND please click on www.mindinharrow.org.uk.
